INDIVIDUALS

We offer personal, leadership and executive coaching to individuals who want to grow and develop. Becoming aware of one’s own natural strengths and talents helps each person tap into their own intrinsic motivations and fears. According to Neuroscience, that which we find naturally interesting and rewarding (our intrinsic motivators) activates the brain’s reward and pleasure centers and creates a basis from which to coach optimally and to assist with behavior change.

TEAMS

Utilising a variety of profiling tools, we are able to create self and social awareness between team members, highlighting individual as well as team strengths, weaknesses, differences and similarities, and therefore assisting with the process of creating a high-performance team. We also assist teams by offering management and leadership development programs, soft skills training, conflict resolution, team coaching, team role & process clarification and team strategy setting sessions.
