With over 20 years of experience in Organizational Development and Human Resources, she is a seasoned expert in helping individuals and organizations thrive through a Strengths-based approach.

Miranda’s work focuses on empowering leaders and teams to discover and leverage their unique capabilities, transforming workplace dynamics and personal growth. As a registered Psychometrist with a Post Graduate degree in Industrial Psychology, she brings a robust academic and practical foundation to her craft. Her expertise spans Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, and Organizational Effectiveness, with specialized accreditations in Clifton Strengths, Belbin, Enneagram, and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. As a qualified life coach and NLP Practitioner, she guides clients in reimagining their potential and designing more fulfilling professional and personal lives.

Miranda is inspired by Howard Thurman’s profound wisdom: “Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive and go do it. Because what the world needs is more people who have come alive.” This philosophy underpins her approach to coaching, speaking, and facilitating – helping others discover their unique spark and transform their lived experience.

Jillian Reilly is a founder, writer, public speaker, and consultant. Having spent her 30-year career working in social, organizational, and individual change across Africa, Asia, and Central Europe, Jillian’s focus is on helping people unlock their ability to navigate change and accelerate growth and learning.

Jillian’s upcoming book, The Ten Permissions, guides readers in permitting themselves to design lives that fully leverage the possibilities of our disruptive world. The Ten Permissions allow readers to update their approach to adult life for the chaotic abundance of the 21st century, offering ten direct ways to turn stuck-in-the past success stories on their head.

Jillian has been published on international affairs in the Washington Post, Newsweek and the LA Times. Jillian’s TEDx talk, Vain Aid, tells the story of her journey in the international aid industry and the lessons she’s learned about change-making along the way. Her Courageous Conversations podcast series, funded by the Ford Foundation, interviewed African activists, and explored what it takes for them to continually show and make change throughout their careers.
